MATURITY: Approximately 30 – 40 days to first harvest in cooler seasons. Time to first pick may vary depending on climate conditions.
PLANT CHARACTERISTICS: Mustard Spinach has a vigorous growth habit with strong, dark green leaves. It is best grown with adequate spacing to ensure healthy leaf development. While not essential, providing light support can enhance leaf quality and yield.
